New Students Registration

Enrollment in Spanish Language Courses and University Programmes at the Center for Hispanic Studies can be done either online / offline.

Online registration

Offline registration

Download and complete the PDF forms and send it to Once the registration form has been received, all data shall be checked by the Administration and a confirmation shall be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation policy for on-site courses. All payments made for tuition, accommodation or excursion expenses will be reimbursable only if the cancellation is notified in writing, at least, four weeks in advance. If notified less than four weeks in advance, the Centro de Estudios Hispánicos (CEHI) will refund 25% less than the amount corresponding to tuition fees for each week of delay in the notification of said cancellation. Once the program has started, the CEHI has no obligation to refund the amount corresponding to tuition fees or to the current month of the complementary services requested. Refunds will be made by bank transfer (bank charges borne by the student). The registration fee is not refundable in any case.
In the event of international mobility restrictions due to COVID-19, payments made for tuition fees and excursions may be claimed outside the established deadlines.
